This program is an intense course for ministry leaders in the executive level, non-profit administrators, and church staff and leadership. The course takes students from a basic understanding of proven principles of leadership to the strategic, organisational, financial and other structures of an expanding, strong ministry.
We perceive the Church as a living organism, with demands in terms of worship, mission, and administration to survive and grow in a complex and modern world.
This program is exclusively for Christian leaders, who have been in leadership for not less than 10-15 years in active service
On completion of this Executive Diploma course, students will be able to:
Applicants must hold Episcopal-level church appointments with not less than 15 years, and must have a valid first degree with at least a second-class pass.

Students are required to write a short-project after each module.
Students must turn in completed assignments a week after the end of the module. Students who fail to turn in their assignment(s) will not be allowed to register for the next module.
After the last module, each student will take a three-credit Practicum course and is then expected to write a major, high-quality paper that develops a theme or themes from any of the modules that relate to the practical way of their own ministry.
